John Aldridge has joined the casts of legends calling on Jurgen Klopp to resign Philippe Coutinho on a season long deal. The Brazilian international is currently deemed surplus to requirement at Barcelona and he is free to leave the club permanently or on loan.

According to Catalunya based paper Marca, Barcelona will sanction his sell if they can recoup £80m out of the £142m they spent in signing him for Liverpool two seasons ago or, let him leave on loan. Although, the loan move will come at a cost of £9m.

Coutinho will easily adjust to Jurgen Klopp’s demand– Philippe Coutinho already knows what he must do to adapt to Jurgen Klopp’s style of play and winning mentality. He knows he has to work extremely hard to get back in shape and contribute both offensively and defensively when given a chance to play.

Coutinho won’t cost too much- Bringing Coutinho back to Anfield for a season or two will cost Liverpool just £9m for a season and £18m for two seasons. If he can rediscover his brilliant best at Liverpool, the team will be very strong.

Coutinho will add creativity and flair to the attacking third- Coutinho posses the ability to trade in incisive passes for the likes of Sadio Mane, Mohamed Salah and Roberto Firmino to score. Coutinho will offer the variety in attack and assist Trent Alexander Arnold and Andrew Robertson in creating chances to score.
