Barcelona have reportedly reached a verbal agreement to sign Manchester United striker Edinson Cavani. The Uruguayan international wants to move on having been restricted to just one Premier League start since Cristiano Ronaldo arrived.
Not only was the number 7 jersey taken from him, Cavani is now been benched more often than he likes. The 34-year-old has made it clear to United that he will move on once a suitable offer comes in and the club has agreed on that.
He wants to play consistent football and if Barcelona can offer him that along with a chance to win trophies, he will gladly ditch Manchester United and join them.
Cavani has played 31 games for Manchester United and scored 11 goals with 3 assists.
