According to the Daily Mail, Tottenham have reached personal agreement to sign two of Real Madrid’s superstars. Spurs president Daniel Levy contacted Real Madrid on Tuesday night to discuss over the possibility of resigning Gareth Bale on loan with an option to buy next season.
The discussion went well and terms were instantly agreed including the sharing of Bale’s £500,000-a-week wages. Both clubs will share the burden of paying that astronomical wage bill until a final solution is reached.
Daily Mail further reports that Spurs are also attempting to sign Gareth Bale permanently by offering one of their premium stars -Dele Alli- in a player plus cash deal which will certainly interest Real Madrid.
Further reports reveals that Spurs president Daniel Levy also used the opportunity to discuss the possibility of signing Real Madrid’s highly rated left back Sergio Regulion who is reportedly wanted by Manchester United.
United would’ve signed the 23-year-old Spanish international weeks ago but, Real Madrid’s demand that a buy back clause be inserted in his contract stalls talks. Spurs meanwhile have accepted the clause and will likely sign the attacker for £25m in the coming days.
