Liverpool could be resigning their former hero and lethal goalscorer in Luis Suarez who is currently deemed surplus to requirement. The attacker is reportedly told by the club’s new manager Ronald Koeman to find a new club before the October 5th deadline or risk been benched for the rest of the season.
Suarez was bound to join Juventus having reached personal agreement with them but the bureaucratic delay in obtaining Italian citizenship seems to have stalled the transfer.
According to Italian paper RAC1, Luis Suarez will be omitted from Juventus Champions League group stages matches if he moves to Turin cause the exams he will take could on further than October 6th.
Clubs are expected to submit their list of registered players including Eu and non-Eu players on October 5th which means Suarez won’t be shortlisted. Aware of this revelation as well as the disagreement over his final pay cheque with Barcelona, Suarez move to Juventus is over while a possible loan switch to Liverpool is been discussed.
The Jurgen Klopp will gladly welcome the Uruguay international back to the club but won’t guarantee him first team football. He has to prove he is more energetic and selfless like Roberto Firmino.
