Manchester United have reached an agreement to sign Edinson Cavani and Alex Telles. Both players have arrived Carrington Center to do their medicals before putting pen to lucrative contracts.
Cavani’s will sign a two year contract £210,000-a-week and will be given option to extend the contract by another year if Manchester United finish in the top 4 and win a trophy. Telles meanwhile will join United in a £20m deal and will sign a four year contract worth £135,000-a-week.
The arrival of both players will certainly strengthen Ole Gunnar Solskjaer team but, the club will need to to sell off or loan layer to reduce the current wage bill.
Six players are expected to leave the club today and fetch the club £30m in earnings.
