Manchester City is on the verge of losing one of greatest and most innovative manager in modern era. Pep Guardiola will be leaving City at the end of the season having rejected a contract extension with the club.
The Spanish tactician feels he has outlived his usefulness at City having won 8 trophies in 4 years but still branded a failure having failed to win the Champions League.
Labelled ‘Fraudiola’, by critics, Guardiola was believed to have joined City to deliver the Champions League but sadly, that aim is not been achieved despite the millions spent on signing incredible players.
Pep now feels that aim can only be achieved if City can convince Barcelona’s greatest player Lionel Messi or PSG superstar Kylian Mbappe to join City. Guardiola believes one of the two can deliver City the Champions league.
Cause a team with Messi or Mbappe alongside Kevin De Bruyne, Raheem Sterling, Bernando Silva Forren Torres or Riyad Mahrez will be unstoppable.
If City can sign any one of them, Pep Guardiola will extend his contract for further two years.
