Barcelona Transfer News: Lautaro Martinez Gets Exit Clause, Eric Garcia Set For January Move While Depay Agrees Summer Move

The Blaugrana giants might be undergoing some financial woes due to the poor management but, the club could also be investing in long term projects.

According to Calciomercato, Lautaro Martinez representatives and Inter Milan have held a roundtable discussion to discuss about the players future.

Martinez wants a realistic exit or termination clause inserted in his contract which can be triggered by one of Europe’s biggest club’s having missed out of joining Barcelona this summer.

According to the Mirror, Manchester City youngster Eric Garcia could be making a surprise move to Barcelona who are still interested in signing him. Garcia will run out of contract this summer but City are hoping to sell him off to Barcelona in a $10m deal.

Barcelona are in no hurry to sign him and might bid less than what City are asking for or, leave it in the summer and sign him for free.

The Mirror further reports that Memphis Depay will join Barcelona as a free agent this summer if Ronald Koeman remains the manager. The attacker wants to play for Barcelona and he wants to do it with a manager who understands his strength and weakness.
