Liverpool are reportedly sped up their negotiation to sign Bayern Munich star David Alaba.
According to Bild, the Bavarian giants have no interest in selling the utility player this January but, will consider it if Liverpool were to offer £20m or £25m for the 28-year-old who has six months left to run on his contract.
David is reportedly interested in joining Liverpool and have liked several posts on twitter linking him to the Merseyside giants.
The Reds will certainly sign a defender this January having lost Van Dijk to a season ending injury and Joe Gomez to 4 month injury layoff.
According to Sky Sports Italia, Liverpool are also interested in signing Inter Milan defender Martin Skriner. The 23-year-old Slovakian international is highly rated among his peers and manager Antonio Conte.
Skriner is currently struggling for a regular playing berth under Antonio Conte which could be good news for Liverpool who planning to make an audacious bid for him this January.
Liverpool could also sign Daryl Janmaat who is a free agent. The former Watford defender posses Premier League appearances and knows what it takes to play for a top club like Liverpool.
Janmaat is known for his aerial prowess, phenomenal tackling ability, good reading of the game and communication skills.
