Arsenal are reportedly closing in on signing Real Madrid star Isco Alcarion. The Spanish playmaker wants to leave Madrid this January having struggled with form, consistency and game time for the past two seasons.
Isco’s public fall out with Zidane over game time further highlights his frustration with the club and the need to leave and join a club where he can enjoy his football and compete for major titles.
Currently, Arsenal are the firm favourites to sign him having reached personal agreements with him but, they will face a stem test from Arsenal.
According to Ciomercato, Arsenal are interested in signing Juventus defender Merih Demiral.
The club will move for the Juve defender this January as they aim to build a team capable of winning a major domestic trophy and finishing in the top 4.
Demiral is yet to speak about the transfer link but, close associates revealed that he will be interested in playing in the Premier League.
Ciomercato further reports that Arsenal are interested in signing Inter Milan central midfielder Christian Ericksen despite his strong ties with Tottenham Hotspur.
Ericksen will leave Inter Milan this January having grown frustrated with lack of game time. The Danish midfielder wants to play regular football with a top European Club and currently don’t feel Inter Milan is the right club for him.
The Gunners will sign Ericksen if they can pay $25m for his service.
