PSG superstar Kylian Mbappe has reportedly shoved aside interest from Liverpool or Real Madrid.
The 21-year-old no longer harbours the desire to leave PSG who possess the financial capability to pay him what ever he demands and even attract one greatest player of all- Lionel Messi.
With Lionel Messi expected to arrival next summer, Mbappe has carefully analyzed the pros and cons of leaving PSG to Real Madrid or Liverpool. Real Madrid can’t pay him his currently €398,000-a-week wages and in the sporting side, the team is out of form and struggling to win games.
Liverpool meanwhile can’t pay him above €200,000-a-week. Joining them means he will sacrifice €198,000 which frankly, is too much.
Mbappe has no interest in leaving and any talk of him moving to Liverpool or Real Madrid is just mere remours.
According to Sky Sports, Jurgen Klopp is locked in discussion with Gini Wijnaldum who has refused to sign a contract extension. Wijnaldum is attempting to run down his contract with Liverpool before moving on to join either Juventus or PSG.
Klopp wants him to stay and has been trying to convince to think otherwise.
German paper Bild further reports that Liverpool are interested in signing RB Liepzig highly talented defender Ibrahima Konate.
The Reds will attempt to sign the defender if they sustain another serious injury to Joel Matip or Fabinho. Jurgen Klopp is open to signing a defender having seen his most reliable centre back Virgil van Dijk suffer a cruciate ligament damage that will rule him out of the season.
As well as a serious injury to Joe Gomez who is set to be out for 5 months.
The club though have two talened defenders in Rhys Williams and Nat Philips but, Klopp will need another experienced defender if his serious about winning the Premier League title and the Champions League.
