4 Finals In A Row: Manchester City To End Liverpool’s Record ‘As The Best Team In Caraboa Cup History’

Pep Guardiola has done it again! Manchester City are through to the final of the Caraboa Cup for the fourth time in history.

City achieved that fate by beating a resurgent Manchester United 2-0 at Old Trafford through goals from John Stones and Fernandinho.

Achieving that fate has now made Guardiolas’ Side the second team to reach four consecutive Caraboa Cup/ League Cup finals, after Liverpool did so between 1981 and 1984.

What makes Guardiola’s team better is that they’ve won 18 times and draw 4 in 22 games, Liverpool meanwhile won 15 times and drew 7 times in 22 games.

Manchester City now have the ample opportunity to batter Liverpool’s record by winning the trophy four times in a row with a better win record.

Although, beating Tottenham Hotspur won’t be easy but knowing Pep Guardiola and his impressive records on finals {he has never lost a final}, Manchester City win.
