Zinedine Zidane has refuted the speculations that Real Madrid are interested in signing Chelsea star Olivier Giroud. Real Madrid are in deed interested in signing a french superstar but they aim is Kylian Mbappe not Olivier Giroud.
Los Blancos want Kylian Mbappe to offer them the pace, exhilarating dribble skills and goals needed to win domestic and European trophies.
Zidane wants Mbappe at Real Madrid this summer and not the 32-year-old Olivier Giroud.
According to Marca, Real Madrid will offer Sergio Ramos a contract extension to stay at the club. Ramos is currently offered two choices to sign on at Real Madrid.
First, is to sign a one year contract worth $13m a season or a two year contract worth $10m a season. Ramos might have rejected the offer but talks are currently ongoing.
Marca further reports that Real Madrid are plotting to hijack Barcelona’s summer transfer Gini Wijnaldum.
Zidane likes the player and feels his underutilized at Liverpool who are currently playing in central midfielder when his best position is behind the striker or as a number 10.
Wijnaldum is fantastic goal scorer and if played in system that allows him to attack, he will score loads of goals. Real Madrid want him and are hoping to prize him out of Barcelona’s reach this summer.
