Real Madrid will revamp their squad this summer by selling off players who are failed to live up to expectation or outlived their usefulness.
The club president Florentino Perez will take this action to set the club in the right path after watching his team struggle against the bests in Europe and even mediocre ones in La Liga.
He will sanction the sale of Marcelo, Luka Jovic, Isco, Gareth Bale, Dani Cabellos and Alvaro Odriozola while the likes of Sergio Ramos and Lucas Vasquez will leave as free agents.
According to Marca, Real Madrid are poised to sign Kylian Mbappe this summer. The 22-year-old wants to leave PSG and has told the club to give him more time to deliberate. He is reportedly using the time to assess Real Madrid’s financial situations before deciding to join them or stay at PSG.
Mbappe earns good money at PSG and will gladly sign an extension if Real Madrid or Liverpool don’t offer him similar wages.
Marca further reports that Sergio Ramos is unhappy with how Real Madrid is currently treating him. He feels he has done enough for the club that should warrant them to offer him a two year contract worth $13m a year.
But sadly, Real Madrid president Florentino Perez have developed a snag for telling worn out or aging stars to leave the club. Perez sold Raul, Casillas, Hierro, Figo and even Cristiano Ronaldo..
Perez has no sympathy for aging stars, once you time is up leave.
