Chelsea News: Giroud Set For AS Roma, Tuchel Wants Haaland And Kepa Given One More Chance Before Summer

Olivier Jonathan Giroud will be leaving Chelsea this summer when his contract expires. The 34-year-old will likely be joining AS Roma who are looking for Eden Dzeko’s replacement.

Roma rates Giroud highly and feel he can fire the club back into Champions League contention after two seasons of missing out on Europe’s most lucrative competition.

Although, Roma isn’t the only club interested in him. The likes of Juventus, Inter Milan and Lazio have all enquired about the 34-year-old World Cup wining striker.

According to the Daily Mail. Chelsea will be among the host of clubs interested in signing Erling Haaland this summer. The club coach Thomas Tuchel is a huge fan of the prolific attacker who is fast developing into a world class coach.

If Chelsea succeeds in signing the attacker, they will certainly be in contention of winning the Premier League title along with a host of trophies. Hopefully, it will force Timo Werner to double up his effort and find the back of the net consistently.

Thomas Tuchel is prepared to give embattled goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga another chance to prove he is good enough for the club.

Failure to prove he is top keeper Chelsea need to compete against the best team in the land {Manchester City}, he will be replaced by AC Milan superstar Gigi Donnarumma who will become a free agent this summer.
