Liverpool News: Van Dijk To Face Arsenal, Nagelsmann Vows To Win At Anfield And Klopp Ready For Everton

Liverpool’s most reliable defender Virgil van Dijk will be in contention to start for Liverpool against Arsenal.

The super talented defender has miraculously worked his back to training despite been ruled out for the rest of the season with a cruciate ligament damage.

Van Dijk is currently undergoing light training alongside Diogo Jota {who is back from a hamstring injury} but, the defender will take much time to get back to shape and rhythm. He will certainly be ready to face Arsenal on April 3rd.

According to Goal.com, RB Liepzig manager Julian Nagelsmann has downplayed his team’s defeat to Liverpool. The incredibly talented manager feels his team were better and should’ve scored at least three goals not miss all three.

While team missed three of their biggest chances, Liverpool scored two half chances. Sadly, football games are won by the number of goals scored and not possession or chances missed.

Nagelsmann though haven’t given up. He believes he can spring a surprise at Anfield like other manager’s have done in the past and win. So don’t rule out Liepzig, they still in it.

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp is confident of pulling up an upset when Everton visits Anfield. The manager have watched his team drop valuable points as well as records against some of the finest team’s in the Premier League at Anfield.

But, he is confident Liverpool will maintain their 20 years unbeaten home record against Everton. The rivalry is still intense and losing at home to Everton or Manchester Untied is not acceptable.
