Liverpool are reportedly closing in on signing Real Madrid star Kylian Mbappe. The 22-year-old is yet to commit his long term future with PSG and has asked the Parisian giants to give more time to reflect on his future.
If Mbappe do not commit his future to PSG, the club will sanction his sell this summer in other to avoid losing him for free next summer.
According to Marca, the attacker will be available for £173m this summer and which top clubs like Liverpool Manchester United & City and Real Madrid can avoid.
Although, Mbappe will command £30m-a-year which is roughly £350,000-a-week.
Spanish giants Sevilla are reportedly interested in signing Liverpool star Takumi Minamino. The 26-year-old Japanese international has failed to break into the Reds starting line up neither has proven he can be an impact player.
Minamino is currently on loan at Southampton but, Sevilla are hoping to sign permanently from Liverpool by offering £18m for the attacker this summer.
Such offer will hard to refuse but, Jurgen Klopp still believes the former Salzburg attacker can still play a meaningful role at Liverpool.
Diojo Jota will be available for selection when Liverpool face Sheffield United on Sunday. The attacker is back with the first team and working his way back into full fitness.
He will miss the derby clash with Everton but should be fit enough to face Sheffield United and then Fulham.
