Liverpool News: Should Liverpool Replace Jurgen Klopp With Steven Gerrard This Summer?

Liverpool will not be winning the Premier league title neither will they be winning any domestic trophy this season.

Sadly, there’s a huge possibility Liverpool will not finish in the top 4 or even in Europa Leagues based on their current hopless form.

Aware of this possibility, the Reds legend Jamie Carragher exploded on camera questioning the team’s work ethnics, commitment and even manager’s tactical plans to win games.

The former defender distanced himself from blaming the erratic display of the team on Van Dijk’s absence and instead, spoke about the manager’s limitations and the club’s lack of foresight.

Carragher, Greame Sounes, Michael Owen and some of the Reds fans are no longer backing Jurgen Klopp having watched a team so good that they can compete with Manchester City for every single trophy struggle to even finish in the top 7.

No doubt, Liverpool have the best team in the Premier league and arguably the strongest team in the Europe.

This is the major reason Thiago Alcantara left a sextuplet title winning team like Bayern Munich for Liverpool. He came cause he wants to win more trophies and he feels Liverpool are far stronger than Bayern Munich and a player like him will give them that extra edge to win more domestic trophies and the Champions League.

His intentions of winning are clear and his desire to remain the best midfielder in the world drives him on daily.

Thiago needs a manager who always aims to win the treble not just the Premier League title like Jurgen Klopp prioritizes every season. He needs a top manager like Steve Gerrard who understands what it means to be a winner both as a player and a manager.

Gerrard has proven as a footballer he is an inspirational leader and a world class game changer. Now as a manager, he has carved out his own playing identity and winning games with ease with Rangers. Soon, Rangers will be crowned champions after 9 year of playing second fiddle to Celtic.

Bringing back to Liverpool will take Liverpool to greater heights and that is what the present team currently needs.
