Liverpool News: Alisson’s Father Dies, Salah Told To Join Barcelona And AC Milan Want Wijnaldum

Commiseration must certainly go to the Becker’s family who were awoken with the sad news of death.

Jose Becker who happens to be the father of Liverpool’s number 1 goalkeeper Alisson Becker was reported to have gone missing Wednesday afternoon after diving into the dam on his property near the town of Rincao do Infrono in the state of Rio Grande do Sul.

The 57-year-old was later found lifeless at around 5pm local time on February 24 and all efforts to resuscitate him prove abortive.

Such tragedy will take a toll on Alisson and he will now need more of his family and less of football.

According to Ontime, Nigeria legend Jay Jay Okacha has called on Mohamed Salah to ditch Liverpool and move to Barcelona.

Okacha’s rationale is centered on Liverpool’s injury plagued season and the belief Salah deserves more than Liverpool.

Well, Barcelona aren’t better than Liverpool at the moment and Salah moving from Liverpool to Barcelona will be regressing.

AC Milan are reportedly interested in signing Gini Wijnaldum who will be out of contract at the end of the season.

The club’s sporting director Paolo Maldini want Wijnaldum has enquired about the players’ availability. Barcelona might be favourites to sign Wijnaldum but AC Milan have a terrific project that will interest the Dutch man.

Gini is 29 but in Italy especially in AC Milan, 29-years translates to 19 years. He still has 9 or 10 years more to play at the top level.
