Bayern Munich is reportedly interested in signing Kalidou Koulibaly from Napoli. The 31-year-old defender is expected to be Jerome Boateng’s long-term replacement when his contract expires this summer.
Accordign to Italian paper Tuttorspot, Bayern Munich has offered €45 million for the Senegalese international who wants to play for the European and World Champions.
However, De Laurentiis, the president of Napoli values his captain in the region of €75m, not €45m and will likely reject the deal.
The Bavarian giants are also interested in defender Nikola Maksimovic of Napoli. Fali Ramadani, the player’s agent, is said to be working behind closed doors to ensure that either he or Kalidou Koulibaly, whom he represents, will be transferred to a bigger and better club this summer.
Ramadani met De Laurentiis in his Rome office earlier this week to discuss the possibility of one or two of his defenders leaving this summer, according to report.
Bayern Munich super striker Robert Lewandowski is confident of winning back to back sextuplets. Bayern Munich are the second team to win six trophies in a row after Barcelona and now, they want to become the first team to win it two times in a row.
Lewandowski knows his team can achieve it if they keep maintaining their standard.
