Liverpool News: Barca Offers Coutinho, Firmino Out For 2 Weeks And Salah Targets Champions League Trophy

Barcelona are aiming to trim their over bloated squad this summer by selling off average players who earn too much but do too little.

The club is looking forward to selling Philippe Coutinho who is currently tagged ‘Barcelona’s worst signing in history’. Barca’s new president Joan Laporta is aiming to revamp the squad by selling off Players like Coutinho, Antoine Griezmann and Ousame Dembele.

Liverpool have now been offered another opportunity to take back the Brazilian and pay as low as $55m for him. But the Reds are yet to accept nor reject the deal.

According to Sport Witness, Liverpool striker Roberto Firmino will be out for two weeks after sustaining a knee injury during training. The Brazilian will be replaced by Diojo Jota who is building up his match fitness as Liverpool attempts to win the Champions League.

The Reds super striker Mohamed Salah is optimistic of winning his second Champions league trophy in three years with Liverpool.

Salah knows Liverpool have a big advantage in winning the Champions League cause they have nothing to fight for in the Premier League neither are they in any cup competition. All they’ve to do is attack the Champions League like they did 2 seasons ago and win it.
