Liverpool’s most reliable defender Virgil van Dijk will be in contention to start against Arsenal on April 3rd. The defender’s fast recovery has come as a big surprise to medical team knowing the degree of his damaged knee and the time frame it usally takes to recover.

Van Dijk is back on the training pitch but currently undergoing light training. Next week, he is expected to commence full training with the first team players before playing competitive matches.
