Reports have emerged that Juventus are plotting to exchange Paulo Dybala with Barcelona’s highly rated striker Antoine Griezmnn.
Both players are relatively young, experienced and have the quality to rival the best players in the world if they play right system.
Griezmann strives better in a counter attacking team not a possession based team like Barcelona while Dybala strives working with technically good players like those at Camp Nou.
The 27-year-old is a creative player maker who posses the ability to break through defenses with a single incisive pass or, dribble past bone crushing challenges.
His ability is very similar to the present day Lionel Messi without the slalom runs.
Sadly, Juventus rookie coach Andrea Pirlo have failed woefully to utilize his potential and that have affected the club’s fortune. Juve are out of the Champions League and will soon lose their hold on the Seria A title.with Inter Milan leading them by 10 points.
If, Dybala goes to Barcelona he will play centrally or, drift deeper in midfield or, Ronaldo Koman could easily change the tactical setup to a 4-3-2-1 formation with Dybala and Messi supporting the lone attacker who could be Sergio Aguero.
Griezmann on the other hand, will telepathically strike an understanding with Cristiano Ronaldo. Both men might have been rivals for a very a long time “Real Madrid/ juvents vs Atletico/Barcelona} but both men are still world class finishers and are built for counter attacking football not possession football.
Griezmann creativity, incisive passes and brilliant finish supersedes that of Alvaro Morata. If Juventus can bring the World Cup winner to the club they will certainly be in contention to win the Champions League next season.
Barcelona meanwhile, he will then have a long term replacement for Lionel Messi in Paulo Dybala.
