Barcelona News: Laporta Agrees To Pay Erling Haaland’s Asking Price

Barcelona president Joan Laporta has reiterated his commitment to strengthen the Bluagrania giants by signing some of the finest player’s in Europe.

The president has began that quest by trying to sign Borrusia Dortmund’s sensational striker Erling Haaland even though it cost the club over $186m to sign.

According to Marca, Erling Haaland along with his father and agent Mino Raiola are in Barcelona to commence transfer talks with the Catalunya giants or their rivals Real Madrid.

Laporta though is working hard to get the player to Barcelona knowing that Haaland’s arrival will go a long way to convince Messi to stay as well as excite the fans who have suffered years of disappointment under Josep Bartomeu.
