The odds news rocking the Santiago Bernebue is that Rapheal Varane will be missing the anticipating clash between Liverpool vs. Real Madrid.
His absence will come as massive blow to Zinedine Zidane who won’t be able to call upon their most reliable defender and talisman Sergio Ramos.
Ramos is a world class defender and arguably the finest defender in modern day history. With him at Los Blancos back alongside Varane, Madrid have the perfect platform needed to win numerous trophies including three consecutive champions league trophies.
But with both men out, Mdrid are very vulnerable at the back.
They’re will be heavily exposed to counterattacking football which Liverpool are very good at. The likes of Diojo Jota, Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane must stretch the defence, expose Militao’s lack of pace and poor decision making in pressure induced games.
If Jurgen Klopp can keep the misfiring Roberto Firmino out of the line up and allow Diojo Jota roam free, Liverpool will kill off the game in the first half.
But, Liverpool must also be careful, Karim Benzema is on fire and its imperative Nat Philips and Ozan Kabak keep a close watch on the French striker.
Keep Benzema, Vinicius and Asensio quiet and Liverpool will certainly win.
