Gunners Crumble Again: Everton Beat Arsenal 1-0 To Keep Their Top 4 Hopes Alive

From the evidence of play you can understand why Arsenal were part of European Super League. The Gunners were looking for a quick route to success knowing they won’t be playing Champions League football for the next four to five years with such a squad.

Against Everton, Arsenal were poor and deserve to be beaten by a spirited Everton team who should’ve taken the lead in the first half through Richarlison, Calvin- Lewin and Siguardssson but failed to do so.

But thanks to Bernd Leno’s clumsy mistake 76th minute Everton will now leave the Emirate Stadium with a massive three points which will further strengthen their resolve in finishing in the top 4.

Arsenal do have a tactically good manager Mikel Arteta but he has to be honest with himself and management. The players they’ve are not really good enough to finish in the top 4 and most of them have to be sold.

The club have to sign a world class striker, a top midfielder and a very good defender to marshal the leaking backline. Once they do it and get Pierre Emerick Aubameyang firing again, they will be fighting for domestic tropheis and hopefully, be in contention of finishing in the top 4.
