Arsenal will reportedly revamp their squad this summer by selling off mediocre players while replacing them with super talented players. Players like Lucas Torreira and Matteo Guendouzi, both of whom have struggled to impress Mikel Arteta, will likely be sold
Both players will fetch Arsenal £31m in the transfer market. The Gunners can also sell players like David Luiz, who is currently wanted by FC Porto and Hector Bellerin, who wants to join Barcelona. If both players are sold, Arsenal will receive £58m for the right back and the defender.
Arsenal may also sell Reiss Nelson, Joe Willock, and three other young players to help raise funds for investment. Alexander Lacazette, who has recently declined a contract extension, would be the club’s biggest sale.
The 26-year-old is set to leave the Emirate as a free agent next season, and the club is hoping to stop this. They’ll sell him for £40 million, bringing Arsenal’s total profits to £250 million.
