Congratulations to Leicester city who have finally claimed their first ever FA Cup title after beating Chelsea 1-0. The foxes knew they had a tough job to do against Chelsea who have reached the FA Cup final in four of the previous 5 seasons.
But to avert fear which invariably leads to defeat, Brendan Rodgers advised his player’s to express themselves and never feel like underdogs. That message stuck to the players head who ran their socks off to ensure Chelsea’s richly assembled squad don’t embarrass them.
Youri Tielemans then applied the perfect touch to Leicester City’s season by scoring a goal worthy of any FA Cup victory.
His goal now means Chelsea hopes of winning the FA Cup trophy have been dashed again in two consecutive seasons.
Although, the Blues still have the Champions League to play for but, judging on their current foam there’s a huge possibility of them losing trophy to Manchester City.
If Tuchel’s Chelsea drop out of the top 4 and than later lose the Champions League to Manchester City, this season will go down as the club’s worst campaign in history.
Sadly, Tuchel’s fate now rest in the Champions League and not in the top 4. If he lose it, he will be sacked.
