Done deal: Gini Wijnaldum signs lucrative contract with PSG

Gini Wijnaldum will today sign a three year contract worth £165,000-a-week with PSG after tax. The midfielder is one of the biggest names to arrival the Paris capital and his presence will certainly help in keeping the likes of Kylian Mbappe.

Wijnaldum decided to move to PSG despite reaching a verbal agreement with Barcelona due to the contract offer 8.6m after tax and the guarantee to play first team football.

PSG are investing wisely as they attempt to regain the Ligue 1 title and go one step in the Champions League. Liverpool meanwhile are bringing in centre backs to shore up the leaky defense.

The Reds will replacmenet Gini Wijnaldum this summer and already making plans to sign either Rodrigo de Paul or Mathias Nauhaus.

According to Marca, Liverpool are attempting to bring back Philippe Coutinho on a season loan deal but will only do so if, Barcelona agrees to share his £220,000-a-week wages.
