Barcelona are reportedly plotting an audacious move to swap Ousame Dembele with Manchester City star Bernando Silva.
Dembele has no interest in extending his contract with Barcelona and will rather run down his remaining one year contract or leave the club this summer. That awareness has forced Barcelona to reconsider swapping him with another target.
According to Football insider, Bernando Silva wants to leave Manchester City having struggled for regular game time last season and with City expected to bring in more attack minded players this summer, there’s a huge possibility his first team role will further be diminished.
The attacking midfielder is open to leaving the Etihad Stadium and if Barcelona do agree a swap deal with Manchester City, Silva will leave.
Silva joined City from Monaco in 2017 in a £43million deal, and has gone on to score 35 goals in 201 appearances and win three Premier Leagues and an FA Cup during his time at the club.
