Goodbye Madrid; Sergio Ramos to bid farewell to Real Madrid

After 16 years of unprecedented success with Real Madrid, Sergio Ramos will be leaving the Santiago Bernebue after refusing to accept the club’s current wage structure.

Ramos will call a press conference on Thursday, June 17th at 12:30pm to announce his departure. The club’s most successful captain will be leaving Real Madrid as a free agent.

His departure will certainly be felt by the club’s faithful who have watched him bully attackers, scored unbelievable goals and hoisted aloft 23 trophies.

Ramos might be 35-years-old but he still has two or three years in him to play top level football and any club decides in signing him will certainly be bringing a world class defender..
