Manchester City are reportedly plotting an audacious bid to sign Tottenham Hotspur star Harry Kane this summer. City are ready to meet his current market valuation and will offer a ‘take it or leave it’ deal to Spurs chairman Daniel levy.
If Spurs reject the £100m offered for Kane, City will move on to other offers rather than playing the long waiting game.
Kane though wants to leave Spurs after spending 10 years without lifting a single trophy. He still loves the club but knows top footballers like himself will be judge years later on the number of trophies he won and not necessary how many goals he scored for Tottenham.
Levy meanwhile wants Kane to stay and will do whatever it takes to keep him at the club.
