Florentino Perez has again lavished praises on PSG superstar Kylian Mbappe who is expected to swap Parc des Prince for the Santiago Bernebue after the Euros.
Mbappe has no intention of staying at PSG and have made that clear by refusing to extend his contract with the club. Aware of that fact, Real Madrid have moved in to sign the player who they rate very highly.
Asked by the press if Real Madrid will be signing Mbappe this summer, the club president said:
“Real Madrid fans want the best players to be here, but the best players, perhaps, come at the age of 18”, Perez told El Transistor.
“I know what the Real Madrid fans want. They know what my policy is with the mix of the best players and young players. I don’t want to talk about a player who is not ours.
“Negotiations and signings take place after the European Championship. People trust me, and Mbappe is a great player”.
Mbappe is currently with the French national team and he will be add another international accolade to the trophy haul. He lifted the World Cup in 2016 and now he hopes to win the 2020 European Championship.
