Manchester United have reportedly reached personal agreement to sign Real Madrid defender Raphael Varane and Rennes midfielder sensation Eduardo Camavinga. Both players are still in the market and United are hoping to sign them both this summer.
Although, signing both players won’t come cheap. Real Madrid want €70m for their highly rated defender while Rennes want €30m for Camavinga.
Varane is highly valued by Real Madrid, who wouldn’t trade him for nothing less than €70 million. Rennes, on the other hand, are willing to sell Camavinga for €30 million rather than risk losing him for free next season.
The midfielder’s contract expires in next season, leaving Rennes with no option than to sell now to Manchester United or whoever is interested in him.
If Manchester United succeed in signing both players they will be in contention to win the Premier League title.
