Ronald Koeman has openly told four Barcelona players to leave the club or risk sitting on the bench or stands for the rest of the season.
The manager is attempting to build a team strong enough to remain competitive in the absence of Lionel Messi and feels the likes of Samuel Umtiti, Philippe Coutinho, Miralem Pjanic and Alex Collado aren’t good enough for his team.
In fact, all four will miss Barcelona’s opening match of the season against Real Sociedad.
Coutinho who is currently without a shirt number will likely be joining Lazio on loan with option to buy for $25m while Miralem Pjanic will return to Juventus on loan.
Samuel Umtiti will likely Lyon Lyon while Alex Collado will join Benfica or Real Betis.
