Barcelona 4-2 Real Sociedad: Who needs Messi when Braithwaite is on FIRE?

Barcelona have kick started their season with a famous win 4-2 win over a spirited Real Sociedad. The Blaugrana giants were good in attack and utilized their opportunities in front of goal.

Gerard Pique might have scored the first game of the match but the man of the match will certainly go to Martin Braithwaite who scored two goals and provided an important assist to end Real Sociedad’S hopes of equalizing.

Sociedad were close to pulling off an epic comeback after Lobete and Oyarzabal scored twice in 8 minutes but as nerves started to show, Braithwaite took charge of matters and provided a beautiful pass for Sergi Roberto to score the fourth and decisive goal.

Barcelona might have won but Ronald Koeman knows his team were lucky to escape. Against a much better team they would’ve draw or lost the game.
