Revealed: Cristiano Ronaldo will earn £480k-a-week wages, £100,000 more any other Premier League player

Manchester United have made Crsitiano Ronaldo the Premier League’s highest paid player by offering an eye watering contract.

The 36-year-old will earn £480k-a-week, £100,000 more than what any other Premier League player earns. In fact, the only player closest to him in earning is Romelu Lukaku {£450k-a-week) but, most of those earnings are attached to bonuses and appearances.

De Bruyne {£385K-a-week} and De Gea {£375k-a-week} were once the league’s highest paid player but now have to settle for 3rd and 4th place.

No doubt, Ronaldo’s return is commercially good for the Premier League and Manchester United but no one is sure if he is the right place to take Manchester United to the next level having struggled to do so with Juventus.
