The transfer window might be closed for now but the events that happened in the last couple of hours was explosive.
Spain’s biggest club were very active and prepared to break more transfer record this summer. Real Madrid were ready to pay $250m for Kylian Mbappe but their final offer was instantly rejected by PSG.
Los Blancos might have failed in signing Mbappe but they did manage to sign Eduardo Camavinga from Rennes.
Atletico Madrid on the other hand succeeded in re-signing Antoine Griezmann on loan with an option to buy him for $40m. They also allowed Saul Niguez leave the club on loan and join Chelsea.
Barcelona meanwhile signed Luuk de Jong to replace Antoine Griezmann and allowed Emerson Royal leave the club along with some less known faces.
Arsenal lost Hector Bellerin to Real Betis and signs Takehiro Tomiysau from Bologna. While Liverpool, Manchester United and City allowed their youngsters leave the club in other to get more first team football under their respetive belts.
Everton have confirmed the signing of Salomon Rondon on a two-year contract with the option for a third season. The striker reunites with Rafa Benitez following spells at Newcastle and Dalian Yfiang.
